Can my employer or HR leader see my individual mood entries or chats?
No. HR leaders only see anonymous, aggregated team statistics — never your individual entries, name, or identity. A minimum of 5 responses is required before any data is shown, to prevent re-identification in small teams. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently and irreversibly removes all your personal data. If you are an HR leader and cannot delete via the app, contact us at info@ciaerampf.com.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Account → Export my data. Your data will be exported as a JSON file that you can save or share from your device.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Is Ciaera a real therapist or mental health professional?
No. Ciaera is an AI companion powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.
How do I add employees to my company account?
As an HR leader, go to Company → Domains and add your organisation's work-email domain (e.g. yourcompany.com). Once the domain is verified, any employee with a matching work email can join by signing up and confirming their email address — no codes to share or rotate.
How do I withdraw my GDPR consent?
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (see above). If you want to pause data processing without deleting your account, go to Settings → Account → Withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect data already processed before that point.
